Bob is the CEO and Founder of Digital Directors Network the world’s only organization working to advance the practice and profession of digital and cybersecurity risk oversight in the corporate boardroom. He is an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization at The USC Marshall School of Business where he teaches corporate governance, strategic management, and global business issues.
He is a Conference Board ESG Center Fellow and a retired PwC Advisory Partner where he worked and lived on four continents across twenty countries on the front lines of globalization. He is the author of the book Social Inc., several book chapters on digital and cybersecurity risk oversight and writes regularly in Forbes.
Paul is a Partner at McDemott, Will & Emery and focuses his practice on corporate governance issues, complex securities class action, major data breaches, and cybersecurity including corporate investigations and work with audit committees and special committees. Paul represents clients across a wide range of industries, including retail, aerospace contractors and sub-contractors, apparel, financial services, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, 1940 Act funds, energy, oil and gas, and real estate.
He is an Adjunct Professor at the Florida State University School of Law where he teaches cybersecurity law and policy. He also lectures on federal securities law at the Harvard University School of Law. Paul is co-author of the book Take Back Control of Your Cybersecurity Now.
Chris is a Professor in the Department of Computer Information Science at Minnesota State University, Mankato where he regularly teaches cybersecurity courses and oversees a graduate program focused on cyber risk.
He also helps leaders and their organizations take stock of their digital risks and manage those risks across the intricate landscape of technology, business, and people. Chris is co-author of the book Take Back Control of Your Cybersecurity Now.
